Willie F. Moore

Willie Frank Moore, took his final Rest on October 23, 2025, at the age of 75. The only son born to Crafton and Clinteria Moore on March 5, 1950, in Erie, PA. Both parents having proceeded him in death, Willie is survived by 5 Sisters: Mary Sherman, Mattie Smith, Clinteria Moore, Annarene Arrington and Gwenetta Dickens. Four children: Aleta Moore, Stephon Johnson, Montrell Moore and Kellee Johnson. 12 Grandchildren, 10 Great-grandchildren, A host of Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, In-Laws and Friends. Willie attended Strong Vincent High School and graduated in 1968 where he spent the following months in Kalamazoo, MI. His time in Michigan yielded a Lifelong bond of brother hood with his 1st cousin James E. Smith that continued until his final days. Willie worked at the General Electric Telephone company and had other miscellaneous jobs prior to starting his career as a Car Salesman. He worked for several dealerships in the City of Erie to include Porreco Ford and Gary Miller Chrysler. Uncle Willie, was a Gentle man with the Heart of a lion. He was never arrogant, but always confident. He spoke and moved with purpose and precision. His love for life and the joy he brought to those he loved and cared for will be sincerely missed. His Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, November 1, 2025, at Davis-Garr Cremation and Funeral Services, Inc. 459 East 12th Street, Erie, Pa 16503. From 1:00 PM until the time of Service at 3:00 PM. All welcome to attend the Repass being held at The Learning Ladder Facility located at 2502 Peach St. Erie, PA.
