Willie "Boo Boo" Collins

Willie Collins, 69, of 708 Hess Avenue, passed away on September 16, 2024. Willie was raised by Willie and Nancy Collins, born on September 24, 1954 in Erie, Pa.

Willie was an avid soft ball player for 20 grand for many years.  He played basketball for Academy, where he graduated in 1973. He also bartended for Knotty Pine, Off The Wall and Prive. He liked to shoot pool and take long walks.

Willie was a loving father, grandfather and great grandfather. He was preceded in death by his adopted parents, Willie and Nancy Collins, parents, Willie Lee and Marilyn Martin, Rev. Amos and Willie Mae Goodwine, Eric, Angela and Clayton.

Willie leaves to cherish his memory, Cynthia Paul, four sons, Mark (Alana), Marvin, DeAndre (Little Boo Boo), Willie E., one daughter, Kenyatta, Richard Darby of Florida, Willie (Lois) Lee of Colorado, Constance Lee of Erie, Patricia of Erie, Cynthia Lee of South Carolina, Tont Lee of Panama, Yvonne (Larry) Gamble of Erie, Yvette Lee of Erie, Donnie, Terry, Robert and Jay Martin, Amos Goodwine, Jr, Lawanda, LeRoy Goodwine, Edna and many nieces, nephews and friends.

Boo Boo will be truly missed.

Relatives and friends are invited to Davis-Garr Cremation and Funeral Services, Inc., 459 East 12th Street, Erie, Pa 16503 on Saturday, September 28, 2024 from 10:00 am until the time of his funeral service at 12:00 noon.
