William Wycech Obituary

William Walter “Bill” Wycech , 72, passed away peacefully at home on Friday January 30, 2026, next to his loving wife, Stephanie, and close family. Bill was born on November 7, 1953, to Teresa (Golembeski) and Thaddeus Wycech. Bill attended St. Boniface Grade School and Wattsburg High School. After high school, he worked several jobs with building maintenance, most recently at St. Stanislaus Church and then St. Luke Church.

Bill was gifted with many skills and was a master craftsman in carpentry. He humbly offered a “helping hand” wherever it was needed, and it was done with great care and respect.

Bill met Stephanie at St. Stanislaus Church, they were married on October 8, 1994. They both enjoyed the simple pleasures of life and their time spent together. One of Bill’s favorite quotes was, “God Bless us, everyone”.

In addition to his wife, Stephanie, Bill is survived by his brother Ben Wycech, Roger Wycech, and sisters Joyce Stuckey Wolfe, Cheryl Wycech, and Suzy McLanahan. Also survived by sisters-in-law Paula (Russ) Dworakowski, Debbie Oldenski, and Monice (Paul) Urbaniak. He is further survived by many nieces and nephews.
