Ricky Lee Watson, 71, transitioned on November 11, 2025. He was the son of Gilbert Watson Sr., and Mother Mildred Moffatt -Watson. Ricky was born on November 12, 1953. He graduated from Academy High School. Shortly thereafter he attended Job Core. Ricky was a caring and compassionate person who loved to help others.
Ricky was born and raised in a Christian home, where he attended Second Baptist Church. He was an avid fan of Elvis Presley ever since he was a teenager. One of his biggest dreams came true when he got the opportunity to visit Graceland. Alongside that Ricky also loved to ride his bike around town.
He was preceded in death by his father Gilbert Watson Sr. Mother Mildred Moffatt Watson, an infant sister, sister Brenda Watson, brother Jackie and Dante Watson. He is survived by Patsy (Clifford) Barnett, Dean (Patricia) Moffatt, Thomas (Juanita) Flanagan, Gilbert Jr., Gloria and Debbie Watson. He is further survived by a host of relatives, nieces, nephews, and friends.
The family would like to thank the staff of Walnut Creek and Gentiva Hospice team for their services.
Relatives and friends are invited to call on the family, Saturday, November 22, 2025, at Davis - Garr Cremation and Funeral Services, Inc. 459 East 12th St., Erie, PA 16503 from 11:00AM until the time of his service beginning at 1:00 PM.
