Richard Welton

April 29th, 2024, at 9:08am Heaven welcomed another angel. Richard Andrew Harvey Welton was 87 years young and fought hard his last few days. He loved fishing, although it would take him half the time there setting his pole up the right way. He loved to tell everyone about history and if you would listen, he would talk for hours. He brought a light into every one's lives even if you only met him for a moment. He was an amazing man, father, husband, and papa. There's so much more I could say. This man was and will always be my hero. I hope you are at peace now and dancing with your wife!!! Forever in our hearts till we meet again!!!!
