Richard Lee Hilliard

Richard Lee Hilliard, 69, of Erie, Pa passed away at his residence on February 7, 2025, surrounded by his family. He was born in Erie, Pa on April 23, 1955, son of the late Henry C. and Norma J. (Schaffer) Hilliard. in the past, Richard was a bartender for several years, he was also the owner of Hilliard Cleaning Company.

He enjoyed watching Sci-Fi on television, listening to music, was hands on for all home projects, going on vacations with his family, most recently to Niagara Falls and especially spending time with his family. 

He is survived by his loving wife, Theresa Marie (Spanggard) Hilliard, his children, Victoria Lee Hilliard, Richard Henry Hilliard and Daniel Lee Hull, all of Erie, Pa and is also survived by his grandson, Jaiden Hull. 

In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by one brother, William Henry Hilliard.

Relatives and friends are invited to House of Prayer Missionary Baptist Church 155 East 21st Street, Erie, Pa 16503 on Saturday, February 15, 2025, from 10:00 am until the time of his service at 12:00 noon. Burial will be private. Please send condolences to: davisgarrfuneralhome.com.
