Randall S. Buszek

Randall S. Buszek, 66 of Erie, passed away on October 6, 2023 at UPMC-Hamot. He was born in Erie, Pa on April 13, 1957, son of the late Stanley A. and Helen R. Przybyszewski Buszek.

Randall worked for the Pennsylvania Department of Natural Resources on Presque Isle, retiring after 33 years. He loved Presque Isle and enjoyed hunting, fishing, was involved in the C.R.O.P. walk, St. Patrick's Food Bank and was a former counselor at the East Side Boy's Club.

Randall is survived by his two children, Cassidy Herrin of Tampa, FL and Riley Buszek and his spouse Tara of Pittsburgh, Pa. He is also survived by four grandchildren, Jackson and Ashlyn Orvik, Magnolia Herrin and Grayson Buszek; his siblings, Diana Johns, James Buszek and his spouse Diane, Gilbert Buszek and his spouse Jerold all of Erie, Pa and several cousins, nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his brother-in-law, Rev. Harry Johns, III, his nephew, Richard D. Williamson, Jr. two nieces, Leslie Buszek, and Jackie Tupek, and his loving companion, Catherine Quick.

Relatives and friends are invited to St. Stanislaus Church 516 East 13th Street on Saturday, October 14, 2023 from 10:00 am until the time of the funeral mass at 11:00 am. Burial will be private.
