Pamela D. Barnett, born December 5, 1956, in Erie, Pennsylvania, to Willie Barnett and Rosie Lee Clayton-Barnett, passed away peacefully on November 16, 2025. A loving, gentle, and selfless woman, Pamela found joy in life’s simple and beautiful moments. She delighted in cooking for her family, singing and dancing whenever music filled the room, taking long and peaceful walks, watching her favorite TV shows, and relaxing with an ice-cold Budweiser. Above all, she devoted her life to caring for others—offering comfort, strength, and unconditional love to all who were blessed to know her.
Pamela is now reunited in heaven with her beloved parents and her brothers Willie Barnett Jr., Michael Barnett, Edward Barnett, and Joseph Knight.
She leaves behind a family who will forever cherish her memory: her sisters, Lynda Barnett and Brenda Sweet, and her brother, William Miezikus. She is also survived by her children, in loving order: Lasheba Barnett, Jerome Crosby Jr., Rose Crosby, James Crosby, Jasmine Barnett, Jeremy Barnett, and Gabrielle Rose; as well as 13 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. Pamela also leaves behind many caring nieces and nephews, each carrying her warmth, wisdom, and unwavering love in their hearts.
Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, at Davis – Garr Cremation and Funeral Services, Inc. 459 East 12th Street, Erie, Pa 16503 from 12:00 PM until the time of her Homegoing Celebration at 2:00 PM.
