Ms O; Strong, passionate like the ocean. Like the ocean was unpredictable, one day she's laughing, the next she's cursing you out and breaking switches on your back. I believe many people knew her but only few people were close with her. I know in my heart her goodness was to bring our family together, but only in the end, it did. That dream of hers came true. We all in some way look for someone to blame for our short comings and situations, but her, she would take all the blows the world could give her and say, "it is, what it is" and keep pushing. She didn't blame anyone for her heartaches and pains. I can say she found peace and overflowing happiness in the end. June loves you NuNu.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Agnes Love, Beverly Catleage, Louevea Yearby, Breland "Stanley" Curry, Lillian Ponder, Melody "Rose" Warren, John "JC" Ponder, Earl Ponder and Jackie Ponder.
Relatives and friends may call on Saturday, October 19, 2024, at Davis-Garr Cremation and Funeral Services, Inc., 459 East 12th Street from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm. Private burial will be in Erie Cemetery.
