Mark Wieczorek

Mark Chester Wieczorek, 69, of Erie, passed away on January 28th, 2026, surrounded by the love of his family.  Born November 7th, 1956, to Chester and Lila (Becker) Wieczorek, Mark lived each day with a deep appreciation for life's simple joys- a cup a coffee and a phone call to his close family and friends. 

Mark was a proud father, a loving grandfather and great grandfather, a beloved brother, and a cherished son.  He lived his life defined by devotion to his family, his friends, and the countless people who were fortunate to know him.  He enjoyed spending his time with the many friends he made at the CYS, Moniuszko, and other clubs he visited.  

Survived by his daughters Melissa (Mike) and Beth (Vic), his grandchildren Tyler, Kayla, Nessa, Ian, and Julian, his great-granddaughter Blakely, his brother Stephen (Cindy) and sister Tricia (Jeff), and his mother Lila.  He was preceded in death by his father Chet.  His legacy will live on in the hearts of those who loved him and the countless memories they created together.  

A private showing was held for immediate family, and a celebration of life will be held at a later date. Memorials can be made in his honor to the charity of your choice.  Please feel free to share your fondest memories of Mark.
