Julie M. Janiuk

Julie M. Janiuk, 52, of Erie, passed away January 24, 2024, at AHN St. Vincent.  Born July 22, 1971, in Erie, she was the daughter of the late Raymond J. and Frances M. (Kweder) Janiuk.

She was a former manager at Tim Hoton’s and was proud of her Polish heritage.  Julie genuinely loved her pets and loved spending time with family and friends.  

She is survived by her daughter, Kalina F. Taraski, who was her pride and joy and the reason for living, of Erie; aunts, Alice Hodas (John) of Erie and Terri Smith (Tom) of Carmel, IN; an uncle, Vinnie Martin (Joie) of Erie and many cousins and dear friends.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by many family members on the Janiuk side.

Family and friends will be received January 29, 2024, from 3 PM until the hour of service at 7 PM at the Davis-Garr Cremation and Funeral Services, Inc., 459 E. 12th Street, Erie PA 16503.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family in care of the Davis-Garr Cremation and Funeral Services, Inc.
