John "T.J." Robinson Obituary

John "T.J." Weller Robinson, 63, of Erie, Pa, died at St. Vincent's Health Care Center after dealing with many health issues. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Johnette Kent and her husband Mitchell and Jolae Ropiecki (Jerome). 
He is survived by a son, Robert Joseph Reibel (Heather) a daughter, Jessie Miller (Charlie), grandchildren, Kurtis, Makenna, Kendelyn and Kolton, sisters, JC Robinson of Berry, FL, Joy Anna Rebekah Argeny Wildern of New Smyrna, FL, Jody Lynn Robinson-Suechar of Erie, PA, Jody Nan Cowen of Tucson, AZ and a step - sister, Emily Kraft, two nephews, Tony Noble (Ann) and Jeffrey (Ashley), one niece, Josie Stalman (Dave) and special friends, Rebecca Sienkiewicz, Trudy Rice and Michelle Robinson.
John loved to talk about the days that he ran with various carnival acts that came through the country, finally settling in Erie. He also loved camping and looking forward to trips to Cook Forest State Park. He was past president of the Erie County Federation of Clubs. He was a member of the Polish Falcons of America, Nest 123 where he earned his Bronze Legion of Honor, which he treasured achieving. He was a bowler and participated in several leagues and tournaments. He was also a member of the Polish Falcons of America, Nest 610, serving on the board as director. He also belonged to the Star Club, Cascade Club, Huzar Club, Slovak Club, Fulton Club, PNA Club, Moniuczko Club, Siebenbuerger Club and several more. At each of the clubs he belonged to, he helped with various events and was called the "ticket man", always supporting and helping of our fraternal organizations. He always had suggestions to help a club succeed at their event.
Relatives and friends are invited to Davis-Garr Cremation and Funeral Services, Inc., 459 East 12th Street, Erie, Pa 16503 on Thursday, July 9, 2026, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his memory to the Polish Falcons of America, Nest 123. Condolences may be sent to: davisgarrfuneralhome.com.
