Jerri F. Garner Allen

Jerri A. F. Garner Allen, age 81, passed away on June 1, 2026, at home surrounded in love. She was born on February 19, 1945, in Honolulu, Hawaii. She was daughter of the late Vincent and Ethel (Imamura) Howey.

She was a retired legal secretary. She was proud of her involvement during her time with Erie Neighborhood Watch and Neighborhood Resource Center, as well as grateful for the friends she made there. She treasured her Japanese heritage and Hawaiian culture.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Richard; son, Michael Steven; sister, Susan G Howard; brother, Leslie; grandson, JaJuan James; grandson, Steven and great great-grandson Cam Hutchinson Jr.

She is survived by three daughters, Robin Graham (David) of Waterford, Karen Ondreako of Erie, Debra Garner of Waterford, eleven grandchildren and thirty great-grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren, two brothers, one sister, a very special friend, and friends who became family.

The family will honor Jerri’s wishes with a “Come Together Celebration” at Davis - Garr Cremation and Funeral Services, Inc. 459 East 12th Street, Erie, Pennsylvania 16503 on Thursday, June 11, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Online condolences may be sent to Davisgarrfuneralhome.com.
