Jeffrey A. Simon

Jeffrey Allen Simon, 60, of Erie, Pa passed away on March 14, 2025, at his residence. Jeff was born in Erie, Pa on July 18, 1964, son of the late David and Joanne M. Simon.

Jeff served in the United States Navy where he was an Aircraft Mechanic. He went on to build jet engines, eventually returning back to Erie to be close to his family. Jeff worked at General Electric for the past 20 plus years. He enjoyed boating, paddleboarding, taking motorcycle rides and jet skiing with his family and friends. Jeff was a selfless, thoughtful individual who would often put everyone else's needs before his own. 

Jeff is survived by his wife Amanda (Krawiec) Simon of Erie, Pa, two sons, Jacob Simon of Erie, Pa and Adam Simon of Jacksonville, Fl. 

In honoring Jeff's memory, the family is planning a Celebration of Life on July 18, 2025, at beach 11. They will continue to do this every July 18 moving forward.
