Jan Fort

Jan Alexander Fort, 27, of Erie passed away unexpectedly on July 26, 2023, at his residence. He was born in Philadelphia, Pa on May 16, 1996, son of Bryan Glenn Fort and Connie White.

Jan enjoyed listening to music, reading, movies, and all social media. He was an excellent baseball player and enjoyed all sports. He loved to tell stories and was known for his catch phrase, " What's Cracka Lackin".

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his paternal grandmother, Patricia Fort of Philadelphia, Pa, his siblings, (twin brother) Bryan Fort of Erie, Pa, Jacqueline White of Corry, Pa, Michael White of Erie, Pa, Jasmin Munt of Corry, Pa, Bryanna Fort, and Brandon Fort, both of Philadelphia, Pa, two nephews, Jericho and Euria Hayes, both of Corry, Pa and his paternal aunt, Julia Fort of Philadelphia, Pa.

Jan was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Raphael Solis and Pearl White and his maternal grandfather, Jan Fort.

Relatives and friends may call at Davis-Garr Cremation and Funeral Services, Inc., 459 East 12th Street on Friday, August 4, 2023, from 11:00 am until the time of his funeral service at 1:00 pm. Burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery, Corry, Pa. Please send condolences to davisgarrfuneralhome.com.
