Gregory Scheppner

Gregory C. Scheppner, 73, of Erie, Pa, passed away on November 29, 2025. He was born to the late Marilyn (Ganzer) and Donald Scheppner on December 21, 1951, in Erie, Pa.

In addition to his parents, he was proceeded in death by two brothers Rick Allgeier and Mathew Scheppner and one sister Nancy Kontis.

Greg was known for his quick wit.  He enjoyed crossword puzzles, sports, and cold beer.

Survivors include his daughter Sondra (Scheppner) Law and her three children Richard Scheppner (Aubrie), Katelynn Lewis, Joshua Lewis of South Carolina.  Siblings Debra Bender, Janice Pollock (Kent), David Scheppner (Gina), Valerie Tyrell (Chris), John Scheppner (Julie) and longtime friend Kathy Williams. Along with numerous nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to Davis – Garr Cremation and Funeral Services, Inc 459 East 12th Street, Erie, Pennsylvania 16503 on Friday, December 5, 2025, from 11:00 AM until the time of his Funeral Service at 1:00 PM.
