Florence (Kinsel) Winslow

Florence (Kinsel) Winslow, 93, of Erie, Pa, passed away on June 18, 2025 at Wesbury UMC Nursing home in Meadville, Pa.

She was born on June 25, 1931, daughter of the late Bronislaus and Helen (Golembiewski) Kinsel. She was a lifelong member of St. Stanislaus Church. She graduated in 1949 from East High School and worked at Hammermill Paper Company for 39 years. She enjoyed music, dancing, drawing, painting and especially getting together with family and friends.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Edward (Ted) Winslow, sister, Therese Kinsel, brothers and their wives, Edward (Helen) Kinsel, Richard (Marge) Kinsel and step grandson Michael Armbruster.

Florence is survived by her stepchildren, Heidi (William) Armbruster, Tom (Charlene) Winslow and Robert (Miriam) Winslow and step grandchildren, Daniel Armbruster, Steve, Tom, Brian, Brent, Kiran and Jeremiah Winslow, along with step great grandchildren, Callen Armbruster, Timmy, Benny, Tommy, Robyn and Theodore (Teddy) Winslow and Della Emberg and several nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to St. Stanislaus Church 516 East 13th Street, Erie, Pa 16503 on Monday, June 23, 2025 from 10:00 am until the time of her funeral Mass at 11:00 am. Burial will be in Wintergreen Gorge Cemetery.
