Donna Evans-Jordan

Our beloved mother Donna Marie Evans-Jordan entered into God’s kingdom on Sunday, December 18th, 2022 at the age of 57 at St. Vincent Hospital surrounded by her loved ones. 

On April 21st, 1965 Donna was born to the Union of the late Donald and Mary Evans (Cook) in Erie, PA. She was a 1984 Graduate of Academy High School. Then she went on to further her education at J. H Thompson to jumpstart her career in the medical field as a phlebotomist. She worked at SeraTech Biological for many years then moving on to work at Hamot Hospital. She also worked at Ames Department store and West Corporation as a manager in Quality Assurance. She truly lived her life with simple pleasures. She enjoyed chatting with friends, spending time with family, watching her Cowboys play, and spreading love to whoever she felt needed it. Donna was proceeded in death by her parents Donald and Mary Evans (Cook), her son Marcus Carlisle, a sister Veronica Evans, a granddaughter Kei’Aujinae Howard, and Two grandsons Dijon Jefferson Jr and Kamyrn Jefferson.

Donna is survived by her husband James Jordan, Three Daughters Nicole Carlisle, Latoya Carlisle, Keshia Bailey(Kendall), two step sons Dijon Jefferson and Christopher Jones. Four  Granddaughters Jataivona Carlisle, Keniah Carlisle, Sha’Cale Henderson, and Ky’Elle Jefferson. Two Grandsons Dijonte Carlisle and Jahuan Bailey. Her best friend/ sister Marie Jordan (Dupree). And two very special people that were more like her children also Tyrone Mims and Patricia Wilson. Additionally she leaves behind many loving cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends!

Family and friends are invited to Davis-Garr Cremation and Funeral Services, Inc. 459 East 12th Street, Erie, Pennsylvania 16503 on Friday, December 30, 2022, from 4:00pm to 6:00pm with her Funeral Service beginning at 6:00 pm. Burial will be private.
