Donald "Don" Antonio, 75, of Erie, passed away on January 25, 2025, at his residence. Don was born on June 13, 1949, in Lackawanna, NY, son of the late Alevera Antonio.
He proudly served in the United States Army. He was a retired stone mason with Antonio and Son Contracting, LLC from which he was the founder. He loved hunting and golfing and was a Grand Past Knight with the Knights of Columbus.
Don is survived by his wife, Karen (Enders) Antonio, to whom he has been married to for 49 years, one son, Dominick Antonio (Gisele), one daughter, Madelynn Hettiger, one brother, Jim Antonio (Debra) and two grandchildren, Amelia Hettiger and Adalei Hettiger. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and two very close friends, Michael Sestak (Geri) and George Enders (Becky).
In addition to his mother, he was also preceded in death by three sisters, Gail Antonio Williams, Jackie Czelusta (Chris) and Marjorie Meyer (Andy) and one brother Joe Koch (Carleen).
Relatives and friends are invited to a Funeral Mass at St. Ann Catholic Church 921 East Avenue, Erie, Pa 16503 on Saturday, February 1, 2025, at 12:00 noon. Burial will be private.
