David Wayne Johnson III

David Wayne Johnson III gained his freedom on November 20, 2024.  He was born on November 10, 1982, in Erie, PA. 

David “Davey” was a man of many talents and skills who could fix almost anything.  He loved the outdoors and always had a story to share about his adventures, especially the ones with Lil D, Stevie, and Brookelynn.  He would always drop anything for anyone and had the biggest heart ever, especially for his son Lil D and nieces and nephews: Tyler, Ricky, Austin, Makayla (Mikalakalaya), Caroline (Lil Lady), Lil Wayne, Marlee (Mar Bar), and Zane.  He sure was a sucker for them along with his sidekick, Beans, his dog.  He also had a bond like no other with his brother-in-law, Wayne. 

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, David W. Johnson Sr., and his aunt and uncle, Brenda and Steven Johnson.

Davey is survived by his sons, David Johnson IV (Lil D) and Lucas Johnson; his father, David W. Johnson Jr.; siblings, Richelle (Wayne) Delp, Megan Johnson, and Matthew (Kourtney) Johnson; his grandmother, Karen J. Johnson; his Aunt Toni Potter (T-Pain), and many other family members who will forever miss him.
