Christopher L. Pedersen

Christopher Louis Pedersen, 45, of Erie, Pa passed away from a heart attack on November 5, 2024. Christopher was born on June 29, 1979, son of Rolf and Dorothy (Bagniszewski) Pedersen.

Chris was a member of St. Stanislaus Church, the Siebenbuerger Club and Manufacturers Association. He was a graduate of Cathedral Prep, class of 1997 (Go Ramblers!). He was Chief Engineer at SEPCO-ERIE and was a master of his craft. In his free time, he enjoyed creek adventures walking with his niece, jet skiing and hanging out with his family. He was proud to have recently accomplished a lifelong dream of visiting his father's homeland of Stavanger, Norway. Chris had a heart of gold and would help anyone in need. He will be greatly missed.

He is survived by his parents, Rolf and Dorothy (Bagniszewski) Pedersen, his brother, Matthew Pedersen, his sister, Stacie Pedersen (James Conroy) and his favorite (only) niece, Jillian Conroy. He will be forever missed in our hearts and prayers.

 He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Jacob and Randi Pedersen, his maternal grandparents, Louis and Sophie Bagniszewski, his aunt, Reidun Villella, his uncle, Kenneth Schwein, his aunt Yolanda Schwein, several cousins and his beloved dog, Echo (Nibbles).

Relatives and friends are invited to St. Stanislaus Church, 516 East 13th Street, Erie, Pa 16503 on Friday, November 8, 2024, from 10:00 am until the time of his funeral mass at 12:00 noon. Burial will be private.
