Christine A. Hahn

Christine A. Hahn, 72 years old of Antioch, IL, formerly of Erie, PA, passed away Saturday, February 26, 2022 at the Village of Victory Lakes in Lindenhurst, Illinois. She was born November 26, 1949 in Erie, PA, the daughter of the late Stanley and Theresa (nèe Zawisza) Kieklak. She was a secretary at Warren Radio, Inc. where she met her husband and on June 30, 1972, Christine married Harry Hahn in Erie. Harry’s position with Rauland-Borg Corporation moved them to the Chicago, IL area in 1989.

Christine is survived by her husband of 50 years, Harry; her sister, Patricia (Donald) Pytlarz; her sisters-in-law, Karen (John) Berry, Marlene Anderson, Mary Jo (Edward) Koster; many nieces and nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and godchildren.

Relatives and friends may call Saturday, April 2, 2022 at St. Stanislaus Church, 516 East 13th Street, Erie, PA 16503 from 9 a.m. until the time of the Funeral Mass beginning at 10a.m..  Inurnment will immediately follow in Mary Queen of Peace Cemetery, 6000 Lake Pleasant Road, Erie, PA 16509.

 Arrangements were entrusted to Davis-Garr Cremation and Funeral Services, Inc. 459 East 12th Street, Erie, Pennsylvania 16503.

Christine was an avid lover of animals and had many pet dogs over the years. She has been a strong supporter of the Morris Foundation for the development of treatments and care for animals. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Morris Foundation, 720 S. Colorado Blvd, Suite 174A, Denver, CO 80246 in her name.
