Betty Jean Rhines

Betty Jean Rhines, 65 of Mckean, Pa, passed away on May 20, 2026 at her residence.

She was born in Erie, Pa on January 24, 1961, daughter of the late Gerald L. and Shirley I. (Cochran) Phelps. 

Betty leaves to cherish her memory, one son, James Rosenburg of Mckean, Pa along with three brothers and five sisters and several nieces and nephews.

In honoring her wishes, services will be private.
