Aline Atkinson

Aline Thompson Atkinson, 71, made her peaceful transition to glory on March 17, 2025. She was born on May 10, 1953, in Ellisville, Mississippi to the late John Thomas Thompson and Mary Louise Thompson.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters Doreen Thompson and Peggy Ann Aiken. She enjoyed dancing, fashion and spending time with her family. She loved watching western TV shows and the Monk was one of her favorite shows.

She is survived by her husband, Ricky Atkinson, a son Gregory Lamont Thompson, two sisters Linda Woodward (late Rev. Earl), Brenda Page (Jerome), a dear sister-friend, Jeannette Atkinson, 5 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, all of Erie, PA and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends

Relatives and friends are invited to Victory Christian Center Cathedral, 1129 Pennsylvania Ave. Erie, Pennsylvania 16503, on Saturday, March 29, 2025, from 11:00 AM until the time of her Homegoing Celebration at 1:00PM with Bishop Dwane Brock Officiating.
