"Nana" was the Matriarch of the family, always there to take charge and help all of her family. She took all of the family on the numerous trips to Cook Forest State Park for camping expeditions. Always the homemaker she was our family babysitter and never missed the birth of a grandchild or great grandchild. She was the one "in charge" of family events and many family history lessons.
Agnes attended St. Stanislaus school and graduated from East High School. During her high school years she was part of the Ladies Sodality. She was employed as a cashier at Loblaws and worked at Bliley Electric until her children came along. Being a part of St. Stanislaus Booster club, she helped out at many of their family fundraisers. She was also part of St. Stan's Mom's club and sang in the Senior Choir. She attended many of the Mother of Perpetual help prayer services held at St. Stan's. She was very proud of her Polish background and will truly be missed by family and friends. She always attended all of her children's, grandchildren's and great grandchildren's school activities and sports events. She gathered the family for Sunday dinners, enjoyed her travels including going to Philadelphia to see Pope John Paul, II and going to see New York City, San Fransisco, Boston and many other cities.
